Born in 1967 in Brussels, Frédéric Durieu ‘s Artist of new media since 1994. After polytechnic studies, it creates Magic Media, a multimedia company in Brussels. In 1998 , he moved to Paris and creates ” LeCielEstBleu ” a collective of artists of Interactive Arts . The poetry of mathematics and algorithms became his passion. This form of expression is appointed by the collective ” Algorithmic Poetry “. His interactive works are exhibited in major museums such as the Pompidou Centre, the London Design Museum , the Modern Art Museum of Paris or the Palais de Tokyo. His work has also won numerous awards such as the price of new entries SACD, the Grand Prix and the Grand Prix SCAM Moebius Internationnal. Frederick now lives in the Cévennes.
